Pinetec has two automated pallet-making lines designed specifically to increase production and produce a uniform and quality pallet. These machines are used to handle the larger volumes whilst at the same time having the flexibility to meet the custom requirements of our customers. The manufacturing department runs 2-3 shifts, depending on volumes, enabling Pinetec to provide very quick turn-around times on orders, which in turn allows our customers to hold minimal stocks thereby reducing costs.

Of course we also cater for the hundreds of smaller jobs from either existing clients or special projects from new clients. Almost all of these are still made by hand to exact specifications from quality pine milled on our premises.

Pinetec also manufactures many pallets from hardwood, which is brought in, and ready to use. It can also be used in conjunction with pine depending on the client's requirements.

In addition to pallets, we can also supply clients with cases, crates, bed bases and a variety of other products. All of our pallets and manufactured products are made to order and are always of the highest quality.
